Jetter Pro provides maintenance, repairs and installation and replacement service for many different water heaters.
Gas, electric tank or tankless heaters.
Tank water heaters
need to be maintained to keep it working properly and safely. An annual flush out of sediment and debris from a deteriorating anode rod can help keep sediment from traveling up into your water lines and clogging faucets and shower heads. Also the anode rod should be replaced every 2-3 years ( recommended by the manufacture) depending on its condition. The anode rod helps protect the tank from corrosion from the minerals water.
Tankless water heaters
need to be descaled and flushed at least once a year to remove scale buildup in the heat exchanger. This will help protect the tankless unit from clogging and help the efficiency of the unit. During this inspection we check the intake filter, exhaust vent, and condensate sediment trap, for buildup and debris.
